In the book, The Gabriel Method, Jon Gabriel really explains things in a very easy to understand. You can tell he really seems to care if people are successful or not weight loss. I guess it's because he knows what it means to be an obese person "morbid" along with mental and physical burden that can carry a person with this problem. He knows what it is to suffer the humiliation, in addition to health problems linked to obesity.
September 11, the gift of life took on new meaning for him - was scheduled to take one of the planes that were hijacked that fateful day, but his partner he made the reservation on a flight cheaper. Was in no mood to discuss that, it was the cheapest flight. That is what spared his life.
