Cloud computing (cloud computing), Google Docs vs. Office Web Apps Start


According to Wikipedia, Cloud computing, cloud computing English, is a technology that provides computing services over the Internet.
Much has been said lately about how the future of computing, focusing on what is known as cloud computing, to go trying to understand what this means, we have 2 great examples,

beyond simple description. Google Docs
: an office suite fully functional which can be used by anyone in the world who has Internet access and a user account on Google, I am assuming you do not need to install any additional software to which we have installed on the PC, the requirement indispensable is a modern Web browser.
Google Docs account, among other tools with a document editor or letters similar to Microsoft Word, An Editor Spreadsheets like Excel and a presentation editor similar to Power Point presentations that allows people Online. Google
Not only is betting on this technology, but also that Microsoft is now almost ready answer is:

Office Web Apps: implementing the same office suite from Microsoft but for the Web, much like Google Docs lets you work with the same documents of the desktop version, I have to mention that even these online office suites have some weaknesses but also represent certain advantages over the desktop version which promise to treat later in another installment.

As I mention these are just 2 examples, there are a number of applications that fall within the so-called cloud computing among which are many services offered by popular social networks like Facebook. With this post I intend that the reader pratica I have an idea that is cloud computing and what is the difference from the computer betrayal of years ago.
